Nature Walk

Today we went on a nature walk with Miss Jen, the naturalist.  She brought her net and caught a dragonfly and butterflies.  We helped nature by spreading the soft seeds from the cattail plants.  We were hoping to find a snake but did not have any luck.  We did find a squirrel nest and learned about Spittle Bugs and how they leave their eggs everywhere.  The eggs look like big globs of spit on leaves!
